Personal Training

Each session you will be guided by one of our coaching team with a workout that is tailored and individualised to you. We will meet you at your current level and progress you appropriately each time you come in.

 

Private Facility

We are a small, non-intimidating studio offering a safe space to come and exercise. 

The people we help are not ‘gym-goers’ and don’t usually like big gyms. This is why we have created an inclusive space for you to enjoy the benefits of strength training.

They will guide you through every aspect of the session, helping you to achieve your goals.

Our coaching team, Nick, Vicki and Bradley, are experienced in tailoring sessions to you as an individual, ensuring we meet you at your current level and progress you appropriately. You will never be left to your own devices and will be guided every step of the way.

Before joining NW Fitness, I had never set foot in a gym. To say I had gym anxiety would be a huge understatement. It’d taken me months to build up the courage to even submit the contact form to start the joining process!

I’m now coming to the end of my 28 day challenge period and I’m feeling really positive changes to my strength, mobility, and fat loss, I’m two holes smaller on my belt and it’s done wonders for my confidence and overall mental health.

There’s an atmosphere of encouragement and support in every single session. The groups are small, and coaches personalise exercises to the ability level of each individual (a relief to me as an anxious gym newbie!).

I’ve renewed my membership and increased the number of sessions I attend per week, which wouldn’t have happened without the support from Nick, Vicki, Bradley and the awesome NW Fitness community that have somehow managed to make going to the gym one of my favourite things!

Nick, Vicki and Bradley have made me feel so confident and are extremely supportive, they individualise your training to suit .
